Description:
Auto change thread prefix based on last post user.
This add-on is ideal for a support ticket forum. The thread prefix is automatically changed depending on the last post user. For example if a member starts a support ticket the prefix will be automatically set to 'Pending staff reply' and when the staff replies it will automatically be set to 'Pending customer reply' and so on. When the customer gets his question answered, staff will manually change the prefix to 'Resolved'.

Installation:
The last Prefix ID can be determined by going to the Thread prefixes page in the control panel and hovering over the name of the prefix, the URL it will show the Prefix ID number directly after the prefix name.
User group permissions:
Normally the staff user group Prefix ID 2 is set to Yes.
How it works:
When a customer starts a new thread the Prefix ID 1 is used. When a staff member make a reply to the thread Prefix ID 2 will be used. Each time a new reply is made the correct Prefix ID is updated in the title. When the thread has run its course, a staff member will manually change the Prefix to Resolved.

Installation:
- Download Andy-AutoPrefixByLastPost-1.0.zip and unzip it.
- Copy the src/addons/Andy/AutoPrefixByLastPost directory to your server.
- From the Admin Control Panel Install the add-on.
