Adds a registration code field to the register page.
This add-on is designed for forums where registration is allowed only to those that are given the Registration code by an admin or other method. Without the correct registration code registration is denied.

- Download Andy-RegistrationCode-1.1.zip and unzip it.
- Copy the src/addons/Andy/RegistrationCode directory to your server.
- From the Admin Control Panel Install the add-on.
