What is WHMCS's WhatsApp notifications module?
It is a notification module (addon) via WhatsApp Cloud API for WHMCS developed by Link Nacional. The module is installed and configured within WHMCS and through it the administrator of a website can send automatic WhatsApp API messages, manually or pre-programmed, to WHMCS users.
In other words, the admin can create the WhatsApp API message templates on Meta and schedule them to send them to customers when needed. Check out the following list of some of the message templates that the notifications module has:
