Tutorial App not installed

New here..
I hope this is allowed.
Have a question. Trying to change url on one of random hardcoded smarter app. After I change url and try to install I get app not installed error.
Tried signing app with app sign and it didn't work.
App was installed before editing.
Fyi. This isn't my first app on repacking to install.
Not sure how to fix it .
