Help doubt about multiple lines

hi again,
back with another question regarding lines.
supposed i have one server with xuione, in this server i have categories like (holand 1, holand 2, holand 3), this is related to 3 lines from diffs sources.
I have one customer for each line, so i have (customer 1 > holand 1), (customer 2 > holand 2) and (customer 3 > holand 3), i think this is not the better way to manage customers and lines, so was think to put all sources in one category only, and create buckets separately for each customer, and named channels like (channel sport tv 1 - customer 1, channel sportv 1 alt - customer 2) ... so based on this example, I want to know if both examples is my only choice or guys have another alternative or options?
also, was thinking to create other xuione server, to manage better multiples lines ... but .... its expensive ...
btw, i would like to know how guys manage this.
