Gentlemen, how are you?
I would like to clear a question and ask for help from anyone who can help.

I have an XCIPTV 5.0.1 701 app, however, when changing the package name in manifest.xml and compiling the apk, the system works but with errors. For example: Settings button does not work, TV Guide does not open, closing the app.

I didn't create the app from scratch, I did a customization with third parties and as far as I know, there is another place in the code that needs to change the package name so that it works correctly, but I don't know where it is, because even enabling smali and filtering by the name of the app, nothing appears except the manifest with that searched name.

Can anyone help me with this issue?

It has already been solved by changing the CONFIG.SMALI and MANIFEST.

ADM can delete the topic please.
No need to delete just explain to others how did you fix it in details where you find the problem how did you fix it what you did so it could help others to

Perfect...

Well, the solution was simpler than I thought, but I did something more than was necessary and ended up invalidating the app.

Solution: Activate SMALI, filter the package name and change in the SMALI.CONFIG file and only the package name in the MANIFEST.XML file, previously I changed it in SMALI.CONFIG, changed the package name and the provider in the MANIFEST file, with that the app stopped working, so the solution was to change only the smali.config file and the package name, after that, I compiled and tested it, noting the problem's resolution.
