I get local IP in m3u file trying to access EzServer E 4.2 from Internet

When I access my m3u file from the internet, the m3u file returned has the local ip in it.

I changed the ip to 127.0.0.1 on the local stream and still get local ipadress.

I get this back in the m3u:

#EXTINF:-1 tvg-id="xxxx" group-title="xxxxxxx",xxxx

If I mannually change the 192.168.1.1 to my hostname domain in the m3u it works perfect.

What is wrong? and the problem is when I configure a client to fetch the m3u trough API by itself it dont work.
