IPTV App scheduled recording

Any recommendations for a IPTV app that has a good EPG interface i.e. like TiviMate and is reliable for scheduled recordings. I've tried the following apps on a Nvidia Shield with 1TB local drive

TiviMate - recordings seem to stop after 60-90 minutes. I guess if the stream is interrupted it just stops.
IPTV Smarters - doesnt offer ability to record to a schedule as far as I can see.
XCIPTV - doesnt offer ability to change recording location to an external drive so pretty pointless
Dream Player - has EPG layout but seems to be failing if there is a stream issue plus it records in 720p even though stream is 1080p
PVR Live - hooks into google Live TV, however records stop if you put the Shield into stand by so pointless
TVIrl same a PVR Live uses google Live TV, so suspect this will stop too
IPTV Extreme - has a sh1t loads of settings and records flawlessly as it has a built0in retry option, however the UI looks a bit clunky and EPG layout isn't a default option.

Basically looking for stable recording of IPTV Extreme with UI of TiviMate. Can't seem to find a good allrounder.
