Help IPTV Service

I am new to IPTV and I am currently trying out two companies. One channel always seems to buffer on one company while the same channel does not on the other one. I can't get an explanation from them as to why this is happening. Any ideas.

Hello, all iptv providers vary, theres various factors that can affect performance. For example the distance you are from the servers can affect the service, also the route it takes can affect it as well. Latency is another, high latency will affect the service, generally the lower the better, if the app supports it, you can do a speed test to each of the servers, check the ping (lower is better) and you can check the speed your getting.
