Description:
Sends an email to staff when a new report is submitted.
This is a great way for staff to be notified of a new report so they act quickly on problems.

Installation:

1. Download Andy-NewReportEmailStaff-1.0.zip and unzip it.
2. Copy the src/addons/Andy/NewReportEmailStaff directory to your server.
3. From the Admin Control Panel Install the add-on...
