I have shared before OB M2 Browning 2.1.11 which is also a nice version but had a problem with not saving config icon or user icon, now I share this version which supports saving icons plus working all fine with loli configs.

I found one con in this program though , it requires and use much rams compared to Open bullet 1 which consumes the least of rams and Openbullet 2 which consumes a bit more than Openbullet 1. while Openbullet M2 is consuming much more rams than both.
This version here which works very good but pay attention if you have your rams occupied with other tasks, it wouldn't let you run multiple scans same time depending on how much rams you have free.
So I have to highlight this info.

it's tested and working, maybe the config you used is not ok or you tried to use proxy without adding proxy source
