Help Question How to start learning to scan MAc for IPTV

Hi everyone,

I am just a beginner using IPTV, and I am very interested in how to scan a Mac for IPTV.
I saw some apps in this forum, and I try but did not know how to start.
- The principle of software operation is to use the available mac library and try to see which works on the target site. And how to limit the number of Mac addresses effectively? Can I create my own Mac library, and how?

- Do we have to use proxies, and what is their purpose? Can I use alternative VPN services, or do I have to have my library of proxies?

And any other notes when starting to scan a Mac address.?

I appreciate your responses and would love to hear more.

Better to use VPN before to scan, few portal need to use proxy
For scan 2 kind of app, the first one is python script for android or windows the second is openbullet with the right config and combo
if you fly the forum you will find everythng you need
