Help Strong VPN to bypass protected by white and blue server (portal)

Please help answer my question about a strong VPN to use when scanning MAC IPTV?

Is there any difference using a VPN compared to using a proxy in terms of performing IPTV MAC scans?

Maybe my question also represents another question. Thank you for your help and response.

Yes there is a difference, first of all the VPNs are filtered so it could be that NOT all the "captures" for example the VOD list or the live TV list return complete after the request... if you really have to use a VPN use the UDP protocol.

Secondly, if you continue for a long time, for example a combination of 60,000 MACs with the VPN, the server could close the connection to the VPN IP because the anti-flood is activated and the IP is blacklisted.
If you use the VPN, scan 5,000 MACs, stop for a moment and resume the scan.

With good Proxies this doesn't happen, if they blacklist or ban a Proxy IP the program switches to another Proxy, this is why we need so many.
