It depends on ... how you see for yourself what requirements you have.
I myself, am a little freak when it comes to TV, IPTV. I am one of those who want the best of the best, but it also costs so usually it is the money that controls.
I have quite a few boxes and have probably tested most, but clearly the leaders on the market are when it comes to the chip, Amlogic.
The best thing that is available today is ZIDOO UHD800, very advanced and beats, for example, NVIDASs Shield TV Pro with horse lengths .. My UHD800 cost 1,540 euro Nvidia Shield TV Pro and the latest is from 2019 ??? Can you find for around 250 euro.
If you are a regular, normal viewer, there are cheaper alternatives to boxes, such as Vontar X4, which has been on the market for almost 4 years, but works clockwise. This box has an Amlogic S905x4 Chip, 4 GB of Ram & 64 GB of Rom, which is fully enough, this box costs about 50 euro. Have this box too, and is very easy to install new firmware in.
In terms of image, if you are now not a freak that I am, you don't see a major difference, the difference is that, for example, my ZIDOO charges & change channels more faster.
In the near future, Amlogic will be released with a new chip, Amlogic S905x5 AI that will beat everything on the market.
The conclusion:
- If you are a freak like me, buy a ZIDOO, that can handle up to 8K. Price 1,540 EUR
- 5 years ago, I had recommended Nvidia Shield TV Pro. Today I do not recommend it, as we do not know anything about the future, and if they come up with something new, and what would it be.
Here comes my top 6 ranking on boxes:

In fact, most people choose the Vontar X4 box because it is cheap, stable and good quality at that price, [had them for 4 years now and still works, for 50 euros] and easy to reprogram. My children have these and are very satisfied. If the money controls, buy options 2, 3 or 5. Buy from known and secure sources, there are a lot of pirate copies on the market that I would not like. Can you, buy directly from the manufacturers. These boxes look "almost" like the original, but the content when checking these is completely different. Like those who see online, USB memory 2 tb .... at a price that everyone should react to .. just scam right through. They are available, but they cost between 150 - 250 euros, not 8 - 15 euros as on AlliExpress, Wish and others ...
Info about IPTV. It also depends on the supplier you have, how stable it is, not just on which box. Many people out here sell without knowing what they are selling ..... or how it works .. Almost everyone promises gold and green forests, that their subscription is the best. If you are going to have a subscription, ask the question of where they are in this pyramid! How much they can affect and what security they have. Are sure that they can't the answers as they are only retailers to one of the 4 who are in the world, maybe number 4000 in the pyramid. Is there anyone who has a total buffer -free subscription !! No, the one who says it is lying. There are some small "private" suppliers that you should also stay away from as they cannot guarantee any security and do not have the financial strength required, no matter what they say or they think they are best at protecting you ... Word is one thing, action another. Just look at the strike Eurupol made, when 22 million users got black TV.. They could really have the strength and knowledge of protecting themselves and their customers better, but not ... it is just about money and nothing else for approx. 80% out there, you, they care less.
But there are those, who do everything to protect their customers ...
