xtreamUI blank channel list

good afternoon so what happens is that i installed xtreamUI 20 but i created the user and at the time that below the m3u file generated by the link what happens the list comes blank only with # EXTM3U only this without the link

Hello when you created the line did you select the bouquets eg categories, if you are using the admin panel this is what you need to do. Or setup your bouquets and create a reseller panel. Then you can create a line from there which will add the bouquets for you that have been pre selected when you created the reseller panel.
