Vod saying channel offline

Hello, i know this isnt Xtream UI, so i apologise if im in the wrong place, this is a weird fault, bug, issue, it doesnt happen all the time, but randomly for no reason when you select a movie, it will give the channel offline screen, then if you try again sometimes the movie works, it does this with any apps being used, providers panel is running XUI 1.5.4 has anyone else come across this? Thank you in advance.
