This is a minor update but it affected a lot of files

Used a more pythonic way to combine file paths to hopefully totally eliminate double slashes // I was seeing in some debug logs

Reverted the EPG download folder back to Name instead of domain,
You no longer have to reboot if changing skin. Just exit and re-enter plugin.

Added another keymap to streamplayer, for users that cannot show or hide the infobar with ok button. Might or might not work.

Right mofos stop finding bugs.

Fixed invalid playlists.txt location crash. It now gets reset if invalid.

Tried to eliminate black screen freezes when zapping, by removing the stream log, and loading the picon after the stream. It seems to play alot better now.

Fixed a syntax error with a double self.self in channels and playlist screens. Don't know if this was causing any issues or not. If it was it was a bad bug.
Compressed all the images again saving 2mb - vti/dreambox users let me know if I broke things on your images.

I have undone the option to update epg on reboot. It's no good, too problematic and too slow as people are putting too many providers in the plugin.
Testing shitty VTI, VTI actually grinds to halt for about 5 mins if this was turned on.
So instead I have moved the Manual EPG update out of main menu and into playlist menu.
This now only updates that selected playlist epg rather than all. So is nice and quick if you have multiple playlists.
